Investigation initiated about Undertakings Operating in the Market for Construction Chemicals in Türkiye (19.12.2023) (20.12.2023)

In the meeting of Competition Board on 23.11.2023, the decision numbered 23-54/1048-M was taken to open an investigation about the following undertakings to determine whether the undertakings operating in the market for construction chemicals in Türkiye violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of agreeing on price increases and pricing strategies, exchanging competitively sensitive information, bid rigging, making no poaching agreement and agreement to fix wages, resale price maintenance, restricting online sales and/or restricting customers/regions:
