Investigation Launched on Some Undertakings Operating As Driving Courses in the Uşak Province. (23.10.2023)

The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether some undertakings operating as driving courses in the Uşak Province violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by engaging in price fixing.

The Board, after discussing the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 21.09.2023, ruled that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 23-45/844-M to launch an investigation on

 operating as driving courses in the Uşak Province, as well as on 

  • True Özel Araştırma ve Danışmanlık Tic. San. Ltd. Şti.,

which provides consultancy services to private driving courses, in order to determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated.
