Investigation Launched on Türk Henkel Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (5.7.2017)

Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the application claiming that Türk Henkel Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. violated the Act no 4054 by fixing resale prices of its products.

The Board, after discussing the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 08.06.2017, concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 17-19/286-M to launch an investigation on

in order to determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 was violated.

Article 4 of the Act no 4054 prohibits anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices between undertakings.
