Deputy President at the Competition Board  

Arslan NARİN was born in Vezirköprü in 1970 and graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1993. In 1994 he placed first in the Treasury Solicitor examination held by the Ministry of Finance, and took office as Treasury Solicitor at the Yerköy district of the Yozgat province in January 1995. He served as Treasury Solicitor in Yerköy between 1995 and 2000, in Samsun and Çarşamba between 2000 and 2005. In November 2005, he was appointed as a lawyer at the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTSC). Narin was appointed as a legal advisor in 2008. In January 2009, he took office as the RTSC 1st Legal Advisor. With the Supreme Council Decision dated 05.04.2011, he was appointed as the Vice President. Following his term as the Vice President of the Supreme Council, on June 10, 2014 he was appointed as Chief Legal Advisor and General Director of Proceedings at the Ministry of Finance. 

He was assigned the office of Deputy President at the Competition Board with the Council of Ministers' decision numbered 2015/7867, published in the Official Gazette dated 24.06.2015 and numbered 29396. He was reappointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Competition Board with the Presidential Decree no 2019/368, published in the Official Gazette dated 02.11.2019 and numbered 30936.

Arslan NARİN is married and has two children.
