Investigation concerning Turkish Pharmacists’ Association Initiated (21.8.2019)

The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the claim that Turkish Pharmacists’ Association violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of determining purchasing conditions outside the market.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 24.07.2019, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no. 19-26/390-M to initiate an investigation whether Turkish Pharmacists’ Association violated article 4 of the Act no 4054.
