The Competition Authority organized a two-day “Competition Law Training Program” for the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Administration of Türkiye on October 19-20, 2026.

The program opened with remarks by İmren KOL, Head of the Third Supervision and Enforcement Department, followed by sessions covering the fundamental concepts of competition law. During the training, anti-competitive practices were examined through examples from the pharmaceuticals and medical devices sector, and participants were provided information on resources available in the field of competition law and policy.

The program concluded with a general review and a Q&A session.
