The webinar titled “Exclusive Dealing in Unilateral Conduct Enforcement” was held on 10.03.2026, coordinated by the Turkish Competition Authority (TCA) on behalf of the “Unilateral Conduct Working Group” under the International Competition Network (ICN), for which the TCA serves as co-chair together with the European Commission, Brazil, and Sweden.

The webinar was moderated by Jelena Popović Markopoulos, Senior Advisor for the Economic Analysis Division of the Serbian Commission for the Protection of Competition, and the following representatives from the competition authorities of Italy, Spain, and Sweden, together with a private sector representative from Brazil, attended the webinar as speakers:

The webinar discussed the recent developments and trends concerning exclusive dealing, and addressed exclusivity practices within the context of unilateral conduct under a competition law framework.
