The investigation conducted into the allegation that Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated by Koroplast Temizlik and Ambalaj Ürünleri San. ve Dış Tic. AŞ ve VND Global Plastik AŞ through the exchange of competitively sensitive information has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerned will be held on May 12, 2026, at 14:00.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on May 5, 2026, in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board".  

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing will be able to follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
