The investigation on the economic unity comprised of Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 2S Kimya Arıtma Tarım İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Aykimsan Hiçyılmaz Kimyasal Ürünler İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi’nden oluşan ekonomik bütünlük, as well as on Irmak Kimya Sanayi ve Turizm Nakliyat Tarım Ürünleri ve Geri Dönüşüm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Süleyman Kimya Arıtım İnşaat Nakliye ve Tehlikeli Madde Danışmanlığı Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Kuzey Test Analiz Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Nalan Uslu-Anadolu Kimya to determine if Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerned will be held on December 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM. 

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on December 09, 2025.  

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
