Within the scope of the cooperation protocol between the Turkish Competition Authority (TCA) and the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Republic of Azerbaijan Ministry of Economy, the experts of Azerbaijan State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control were provided information about the TCA’s activities between September 1 and September 12, 2025.

Throughout the program, detailed information was provided primarily on the scope and enforcement of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and the working procedures and principles of the TCA, on-site inspection procedure and techniques as well as recent Board decisions concerning different sectors.

The information presented by the professional personnel of the TCA contributed to strengthening of the cooperation between the competition authorities of the two countries and to enhancing information exchange. In line with the importance attached to international cooperation, similar initiatives and joint activities between the TCA and Azerbaijan State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control are expected to continue increasingly.
