Investigation about 17 Ready Mixed Concrete Manufacturers operating in Ankara and Kırıkkale Initiated (30.12.2022) (5.1.2023)

The Competition Board took the decision numbered 22-54/828-M in its meeting dated 08.12.2022 to initiate an investigation about

a)  the following undertakings operating in Ankara:

 

  1. Baştaş Hazır Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
  2. Birlik Hazır Beton ve Yapı Anonim Şirketi,
  3. Güven Grup Hazır Beton Hafriyat İnşaat Madencilik Petrol Nakliyat Ticaret Limited Şirketi,
  4. Efaş Beton İnşaat Malzemeleri Nakliye Emlak Reklamcılık Kırtasiye Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi,
  5. Kolsan İnşaat Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
  6. Limak Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
  7. Limmer Beton İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
  8. Oyak Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
  9. Ozan Hazır Beton İnşaat Madencilik Nakliye Petrol Otomotiv Kuyumculuk Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,

b)   the following undertakings operating in Kırıkkale:

  1. Ar-Kar Nakliye Hazır Beton İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi,
  2. Ezn Maden İmalat İnşaat Limited Şirketi

            

to determine whether 17 ready mixed concrete manufacturers operating in Ankara and Kırıkkale violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

 

* The investigation decisions taken by the Competition Board are announced to the public after the decision is notified to the undertakings or associations of undertakings about which the investigation has been initiated. Those announcements made within the framework of informing the public about the Competition Board decisions cannot be interpreted to mean that the undertakings or associations of undertakings, about which an investigation has been initiated, violated the Act no 4054, and they are or will be faced with any penal sanctions under the Act.
