The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry into the claim that Ayca Süt Ürünleri AŞ (AYCA SÜT) violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition (the Act no 4054) by determining the resale prices of its buyers, imposing territory and customer restrictions as well as a non-compete obligation for an indefinite time to its dealers.

The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 07.08.2025, considered the findings significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 25-29/687-M that an investigation shall be initiated about Ayca Süt Ürünleri AŞ.
