The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether Miele Elektrikli Aletler Dış Ticaret ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 30.06.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 22-29/473-M(1) to initiate an investigation about Miele Elektrikli Aletler Dış Ticaret ve Pazarlama Ltd. Şti.
