The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made regarding the allegation that Muya Poliüretan Kauçuk Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (MUYA) violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition (the Act no 4054) by means of determining the resale prices of its authorized sellers and prohibiting their passive sales, on its meeting on 02.10.2025, considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision numbered 25-37/891-M that an investigation shall be initiated about MUYA directly according to article 40(1) of the Act no 4054.
