Investigation concerning D-Market Elektronik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Anka Mobil Tedarik A.Ş. Initiated (10.7.2019)

The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the claim that D-Market Elektronik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Anka Mobil Tedarik A.Ş. violated the Act no. 4054 by means of most favored customer clause, discrimination, restriction of intra brand competition, refusal to deal and resale price maintenance.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 20.06.2019, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no. 19-22/326-M to initiate an investigation about the following undertakings to decide whether they violated the Act no 4054:

  • Anka Mobil Tedarik A.Ş.
  • DMarket Elektronik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş.
