The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted upon the claim that DyDo Drinco Turkey İçecek Satış ve Pazarlama A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054. 

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 13.01.2022, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-03/27-M to initiate an investigation about DyDo Drinco Turkey İçecek Satış ve Pazarlama A.Ş. in order to determine whether it violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054.
