The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that Olka Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş. and Marlin Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş. violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of their practices towards their dealers regarding the products which they distribute in Türkiye.

Having discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 24.02.2022, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 22-10/148-M that an investigation shall be initiated concerning Olka Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş. and Marlin Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş.
