Within the scope of the investigation conducted on Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which was launched with the Competition Board (Board) decision dated 12.06.2024 and numbered 24-26/626-M(1) in order to determine if it violated Article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition (Act no 4054), the undertaking concerned was imposed an administrative fine of 164,484,083.28 TL with the Board decision dated 25.12.2025 and numbered 25-49/1205-680, on the grounds that it violated Article 6 of the Act no 4054 by engaging in predatory pricing.
