Within the scope of the investigation conducted on the economic unity composed of Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, 2S Kimya Arıtma Tarım İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Aykimsan Hiçyılmaz Kimyasal Ürünler İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi as well as on Irmak Kimya Sanayi ve Turizm Nakliyat Tarım Ürünleri ve Geri Dönüşüm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Süleyman Kimya Arıtım İnşaat Nakliye ve Tehlikeli Madde Danışmanlığı Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Kuzey Test Analiz Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and Nalan Uslu-Anadolu Kimya, which was launched with the Competition Board (Board) decisions dated 12.06.2024, numbered 24-26/626-M(2) and dated 18.04.2025, numbered 25-15/351-M, in order to determine if they violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition (Act no 4054), the undertakings concerned were imposed administrative fines of 333,317,215.40 TL in total with the Board decision dated 25.12.2025 and numbered 25-49/1206-681, on the grounds that they violated Article 4 of the Act by engaging in collusive bidding in some public procurements.
