The preliminary inquiry conducted about the economic unity composed of Carex Bitkisel Ürünler ve Kozmetik Sanayi Ticaret AŞ, Farma Plus İlaç Bant Sağlık ve Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and Digital Farma İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., which operates in the cosmetics sector, according to the Competition Board decision dated 06.11.2025 and numbered 25-41/1017-M due to the claim that they violated article 4 of the Act No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance and restriction of online sales has been concluded. 

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 18.12.2025, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision No. 25-48/1164-M to open an investigation about Carex Bitkisel Ürünler ve Kozmetik Sanayi Ticaret AŞ,  Farma Plus İlaç Bant Sağlık ve Kozmetik Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and Digital Farma İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
