Investigation launched on 18 undertakings operating in the seedling sector and on the Seedling Growers Sub-Union (26.12.2025)
The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the allegation that undertakings active in the vegetable seedling for planting sector violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 20.11.2024, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 25-43/1053-M to launch an investigation on
