As known, an investigation was launched by the Competition Board (Board) decision dated 04.12.2025 and numbered 25-45/1110-M concerning the allegation of violation of Article 4 of the Act no 4054 by Dassault, active in the fields of development and global marketing of as well as provision of local sales and support services for 3D design, simulation and product lifecycle management software, by means of customer foreclosure and resale price management through various methods in the dealership channel.

Within the scope of the on-site inspections carried out during the investigation process conducted against Dassault, findings were obtained indicating that Dassault dealers Yenasoft, Abk, Metropolsoft, Tekyaz and Armada, as well as Ses3000,whose dealership relationship ended in 2021, fixed sales conditions such as prices and terms of payment, engaged in customer allocation, and concluded no-poaching agreements regarding the work force, in relation to the sale of SolidWorks product, which is a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software used by engineers and designers to design, analyze, and produce three dimensional technical drawings of machine parts, consumer products, and complex systems.

In this framework, with the Board decision dated 16.04.2026 and numbered 26-14/399-M, an ex officio investigation has been launched as per Article 40 of the Act no 4054, in order to determine if the undertakings concerned violated Article 4 of the same Act.
