Investigation Launched on Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım AŞ

The Competition Board (Board) concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the allegations that Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım AŞ (CCSD) violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by imposing exclusivity on retail outlets and excluding competitors from outlets.

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 22.04.2025, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 25-20/476-M to launch an investigation on CCSD.

As known, an investigation was conducted on CCSD in 2021, which was concluded with the Board accepting the commitments package submitted by CCSD.
