Within the scope of the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether Article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated by Mettler-Toledo Tr Ölçüm Aletleri Ticaret Satış ve Servis Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, which is active in the field of aftersales services for measurement and control equipment, through its conduct including the restriction of spare part supply to competitors and refusing to share the passwords required to carry out certain technical procedures on the devices, an investigation has been launched on Mettler-Toledo Tr Ölçüm Aletleri Ticaret Satış ve Servis Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi with the Competition Board decision dated 11.11.2025 and numbered 25-42/1020-M.
