The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine if the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated by undertakings operating in the contract catering services sector.

After discussing the information and documents obtained and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 08.10.2026, the Competition Board took the decision no 26-37/1006-M, ruling that the findings were significant and sufficient, and launching an investigation on the undertakings titled

The investigation will examine the allegation that the undertakings concerned caused losses to the public purse by acting in collusion in the tenders for the procurement of catering services initiated by public institutions and organizations.
