The investigation conducted to determine if Erikli Su ve Meşrubat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Pınar Su ve İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 24.04.2025, it was decided that Erikli Su ve Meşrubat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Pınar Su ve İçecek Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and thus should be imposed administrative fines.
