Participants of the “Turkic World Competition Law Summer School and Workshop,” organized in cooperation by the Competition Authority and Bahçeşehir University Competition Law Research and Application Center, paid a visit to the Competition Authority. (14.07.2025)

The “Turkic World Competition Law Summer School and Workshop” was organized in Istanbul between July 7–17, 2025, hosted by Bahçeşehir University, in cooperation with the Competition Authority and the Bahçeşehir University Competition Law Research and Application Center, which was established within Bahçeşehir University. The event aimed to increase knowledge and awareness in the field of competition law and brought together academics and students from Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy University (Azerbaijan), Maksut Narikbayev University (Kazakhstan) and Tashkent State University of Law (Uzbekistan), as well as representatives from the National Council of Youth Organizations of Republic of Azerbaijan (NAYORA).

Within the framework of the Cooperation Protocol signed between the Bahçeşehir University and the Competition Authority on January 28, 2025, Authority Competition Experts İbrahim ŞAHİN and DAMLA YAZ presented sample Board decisions at the Bahçeşehir University Department of Law campus on July 10-11, 2025 as part of the program of the summer school and workshop.

In addition, officials from the Bahçeşehir University Competition Law Research and Application Center, together with the academics and students participating in the summer school and workshop, paid a visit to the Competition Authority on July 14, 2025. As part of the program for the visit, Competition Authority was introduced and a certificate ceremony was held. Their certificates were presented to the participants by the Vice President of the Authority, Assoc. Prof. Hakan Bilir.
