At the roundtable on “Development of Competition in the Financial Markets,” which was held in a hybrid format in Kazan on 1–2 April 2026, organized by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, Büşra ÖZCAN, Deputy Head of the Supervision and Enforcement Department-IV of the Turkish Competition Authority, and Rabia BALTACI, a Competition Expert serving in the same Department, participated online as speakers in the sessions titled “Development of Competition in the Financial Markets” and “Assessing Mergers and Acquisitions in the Financial Market,” respectively.
