The investigation conducted to determine if some undertakings operating in the hybrid industrial gherkin seeds and the hybrid vegetable and fruit seeds markets violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by price agreements and exchange of competitively sensitive information has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerned will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 12.00.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on March 03, 2026.  

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
