The hearing for the investigation launched with the Competition Board decisions dated 13.07.2023, numbered 23-31/596-M, dated 28.09.2023, numbered 23-46/875-M and dated 09.05.2024, numbered 24-22/505-M in order to determine whether some undertakings operating in the power transformer sector violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition, which was scheduled for February 25-26, 2025 at 10:30 am, has been postponed to February 26-27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on February 19, 2025.  

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
