The Competition Board decided that administrative fines should be imposed on ACEMOĞULLARI, on the economic unity composed of BETONTEK and NORM MADEN, as well as on ÇİMYA, KABET, ÇİMBETON, ÇINARLA and MABETAŞ. It was also decided that imposing administrative fines on ÇİMKO, ERVA and RECYDİA was unnecessary since there were no findings to indicate that these companies violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 in the market for the production and sales of ready-mixed concrete.
