As known, with the decision of the Competition Board (the Board) dated 22.05.2025 and numbered 25-20/478-M, an investigation was initiated about the claim that certain undertakings operating in field crops seed sector violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of allocation of territories/customers and exchanging competitively sensitive information.

As  a result of the examinations made during the file process, the investigation in question has been expanded in terms of the number of parties with the Board decision dated 20.11.2025 and numbered 25-43/1055-M.

Within this scope, to the investigation about

In addition, the investigation concerning hybrid industrial gherkin and hybrid vegetable and fruit seeds markets is ongoing.
