Bildirilen Birleşme ve Devralmalar
According to article 12 of the Communiqué no 2010/4, the Competition Authority shall announce the notified mergers and acquisitions on its website; thus, this page contains a list of mergers and acquisitions notified recently to the Authority. Those who wish to submit information, documents or opinion about the mergers and acquisitions in the list may use the contact information below or fill the electronic application form. In order for information and documents about the announced transactions submitted by mail to be evaluated, the relevant file no, the submitter’s name/title and contact information as well as Turkish identification number (for real persons) must be stated. Personal information of those who request confidentiality for their application will not be shared with parties to the transaction and third persons.
This announcement is prepared within the framework of the information given by the parties for sharing notified transactions with the public and submitting them to public opinion and does not show that the notifications have been made completely. Competition Authority is not bound by the content and scope of the information submitted within this scope. Reasoned decisions related to notifications are separately announced on the website of the Authority.
