The investigation conducted to determine whether distributors and car rental companies operating in the markets for selling new and used cars violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 was concluded.
As a result of the discussion of the file on 03.03.2022 by the Competition Board, it was decided that since no information or document about 24 undertakings operating in the markets for selling new and used cars showing that they violated the Act no 4054 could be found, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines to the said undertakings within the framework of article 16 of the Act no 4054.
