The main duties of the Cartels and on-the-spot Inspections Support Division are as follows:

Coordinating the fight against cartels
Monitoring global developments and trends on the fight against cartels and making recommendations to strengthen the legislation and practice in this field
Developing techniques to realize on-the-spot inspections effectively and making recommendations by monitoring institutional experience and  global developments
Receiving and assesses leniency applications and coordinating with the relevant enforcement and supervision departments 
Coordinating the relevant departments regarding application of forensic IT skills and developing the institutional capacity of the TCA
