  • To conduct studies related to the manpower planning and personnel policy of the Authority.
  • To carry out the work related to the Authority's transactions concerning personnel assignments, transfers, benefits and retirements.
  • In cooperation with the departments, to establish the performance assessment criteria and professional principles related to the Authority personnel.
  • To monitor the legislation on professional life.
  • To carry out the transactions related to the distribution and allocation of the positions within the Authority.
  • To carry out the work related to the declarations of property to be made by the Authority personnel in accordance with the provisions of the special law.
  • To assist the relevant department in the preparation and implementation of the pre-service and in-service training plans and programs for the Authority personnel.
  • To examine the issues related to the position titles and numbers, wages, additional indicators to be implemented, social and financial aids to be given and to render opinions to the Office of the President thereon.
