Ayşe USLU CEVLEK

Ayşe Uslu Cevlek was born in Antalya in 1984. She completed her primary education in Finike Çavdır Elementary School, graduated from Kumluca Imam Hatip High School and from the Faculty of Law at Maltepe University with honors. Afterwards, she completed her legal internship at the İstanbul Bar Association.

Between 2010 and 2016, she worked as a lawyer in Beyoğlu Municipality. She worked primarily in the areas of urban transformation and urban planning in the municipality and took part in the legal processes of İstanbul Tarlabaşı and Okmeydanı urban transformation, Taksim pedestrianization and Galataport projects.

As of 2016, she worked in various matters such as human rights, prevention of violence against women and prevention of child abuse with the position of Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Family and Social Policies for two years.  

She worked as a Legal Advisor between 2018 and 2022 and the Head of Human Resources Department between 2022 and 2025 under the body of the Turkish Competition Authority.
 

She was assigned as a Member of the Competition Board with the Presidential Decision dated 2025/297, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 1 August 2025 and numbered 32973.

Lawyer Ayşe Uslu Cevlek has knowledge of English. She is married and has two children.
